Business Development Directors Roundtable Offered by LawVision Group
LawVision Group is excited to announce the launch of the “Business Development Directors Roundtable,” (BDDR) a new resource offered exclusively for law firm Business Development Directors and Senior Managers. As the legal industry continues to undergo major transformations, law firms are laser-focused on revenue generation and the role of director-level business development executives has become increasingly critical to law firm success. The BDDR was developed to provide a forum for directors to gather in a confidential roundtable format to share best practices, discuss challenges and opportunities, and brainstorm about new and innovative solutions and other topics of importance to their practice groups, offices, departments and firms.
Craig Brown, a law firm business development consultant at LawVision and a facilitator of the program, said “CMOs, CBDOs and others have similar groups that provide a forum to address their specific challenges and best practices. Until now, the directors who report to them have had no forum specifically designed for them. Bruce Alltop, co-facilitator of the program, and I believe that the BDDR will fill that void and is an excellent place for directors to build their skill sets, make valuable contacts and further their careers.”
The Business Development Directors Roundtable will host two meetings annually, the first will be held on May 15th & 16th at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Washington, DC. Due to the interactive format of the meetings, space is limited to 75 attendees.
